Isak Andic and Toni Ruiz inaugurate the Mango classroom at IESE’s New York campus

Mango founder and non-executive chairman, Isak Andic, and CEO, Toni Ruiz, inaugurated the Mango Classroom yesterday at IESE’s New York campus. The inauguration was accompanied by a lecture given by the two executives in the Executive MBA program, exploring the company’s history, international expansion, and the ongoing executive transition process.
The session was moderated by Professor Jordi Canals, an expert in strategy and corporate governance, as well as the author of the Mango case study. During the class, the school’s students and alumni in the U.S. had the opportunity to delve into the strategies that have made Mango a global leader in the fashion industry, with a presence in 120 countries and more than 15,500 employees.
Joan Jané, director of the New York campus, highlighted the importance of this collaboration: “It is an honor to have companies like Mango, which share IESE’s entrepreneurial spirit, global vision, and passion for talent. Mango’s presence on our campus is a testament to the great friendship we share and the importance of collaboration between academia and business.”
