William Fawson
BIOGRAPHY
My research is guided by asking why some people tend to emerge as influential and gain status in their work organizations. I explore why certain patterns emerge, and how these change over time.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath, and I also hold a Master in Business Administration from IESE Business School. Before starting my career in academia, I worked as a financial advisor, financial analyst and strategy consultant in London and Amsterdam.
