Ann-Sophie Kowalewski
BIOGRAPHY
Ann-Sophie is PhD student in the entrepreneurship department. After completing her studies in Economics as well as Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen, she has gathered professional experience in the private industry both at the global Sales and Innovation division of a Fortune 500 company and as program lead in the leading startup support and acceleration firm in Switzerland.
During her PhD, Ann-Sophie is affiliated to the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at IESE where she runs the International Search Fund Study since 2023. She has also gained experience as a teaching assistant in the practice of entrepreneurship. Her primary research interest lies in venture growth and scalability.
