BIOGRAPHY
I am an MRM student in the Managing People in Organizations department. I obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Nanjing University and then worked in a state-owned company for about two years. My work experiences inspire me to seek effective evaluation methods and compensation strategies to achieve organizational goals. I am also very interested in some topics about the applications of AI in HRM, such as algorithmic control in the workplace, human-robot collaboration, and changes in traditional organizations.
