Innovation and the ability to change have become essential elements within any company, and the people who comprise them are fundamental to achieving this.
Many employees have ideas that could help generate new products or improve process efficiency, but they do not express them, either out of fear of their superiors' reactions or simply because they believe their ideas will not be appreciated.
In this book (coordinated by Rosa M. Fité, Pedro Nueno, Kandarp Mehta and Joaquim Vilà), through the works of over twenty professors from different academic fields at IESE, the importance of people in the development and execution of new ideas is presented, along with a methodology to provide entrepreneurs, executives, and all workers with the necessary tools to foster and create an environment where innovation is natural and appreciated.
The business graveyard is full of companies that were once pioneers but failed to adapt to change. Through this method, a strategy can be built that not only allows companies to overcome the uncertainty that dominates today's world but also to grow with it.
