Each year International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8. All around the world, IWD represents an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women while calling for greater equality. The theme for this year is “Embrace Equity.”
To mark the occasion, the Library has prepared a selection of interesting books. Some of these books will be displayed in the entrance hall. Come along, and you will be able to take them out on loan!
We will also be dedicating a number of tweets to the issue at @IESELibrary
