Marketing is experiencing exciting times. Digitalization has permeated practically all business areas: channels, products, media, services, and, of course, customer decision-making processes. This has given rise to a new way of marketing, and the transformation has brought new tools to compete, which have impacted industries differently. A recent example is generative AI, which promises to transform companies and agencies profoundly. Companies marketing and sales departments have been attracting new profiles and collaborators to improve their sales processes, focusing on generating quality leads and integrating technology into the commercial process.

Additionally, extracting value from customer data has become a need. This has generated new disciplines such as Mar Tech and Sales Tech. This program will discuss the main elements necessary to design a roadmap that adapts the commercial and marketing process to the new customer in a changing environment.
