Capable Organization: Driving Business Transformation through Learning

Continuous market turbulence – driven by the convergence of geopolitical, environmental, social, and technological factors – presents business executives with the ongoing crises of today and multiple possible futures of tomorrow. In response, companies enter a state of perpetual transformation. Such transformation is marked by an undefined “to be” state and entails changes not just in individual business activities but across the entire architecture of the firm’s business model. Traditional change management falls short under these conditions. Managing transformation as learning, aimed at reducing strategic uncertainties and bridging capability gaps, offers a more effective approach.
