Digital Transformation Program
Digital skills and operational strategy
Sound digital strategies optimize business models, improving relations with customers, suppliers, employees, and other key interested parties, in order to achieve greater benefits for all the actors involved in new ecosystems.
In order to respond effectively to the opportunities and threats of the digital age, executives need to go one step further and definitely understand the why, the what, and the how of digital transformation, and its impact on the business.
How can you be a truly digital executive?
A digital executive maximizes the use of data to make better decisions more quickly. In addition, they delegate the decision-making to smaller teams, and develop much more iterative, rapid ways of dealing with new challenges. How can this be achieved?

With this program you can obtain the IESE Certificate in AI & Digital Transformation.
The program will cover the following concepts in depth:
Imagine
- Changes occur more quickly outside organizations than within them. Mechanisms are required for understanding the context. Outside-in Thinking. Understanding the customer’s needs through data capture. Understanding why a customer buys your product or service. In a world of high digital density, we have lots of digital touch points. When Job-To-Be_Done and Design Thinking are combined, there is the opportunity to create new value propositions.
Learn
- Until now, organizations have been focused on executing their business models. In a world and a context that are highly uncertain, the classic mechanisms for strategic planning, ultimately, have serious limitations. For this reason, mechanisms for continuous experimentation are needed, in order to allow organizations to be able to learn.
Construct
- The changing nature of this current context means that traditional methods which have been used until recently, such as Waterfall, do not allow organizations to respond to the market quickly. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt agile processes.
Scale
- In order for digital initiatives to have an impact on the profit and loss calculation, it is necessary to turn pilots from the innovation phase into products and services that are integrated into company operations, preserving this process of continuous innovation.
The Executing Digital Change: Data, Agility and Continuous Innovation Program is aimed at executives who are seeking to understand the impact that the digital transformation has on the areas they are responsible for, and who want to actively contribute to the successful implementation of the digital transformation within their organizations and teams.
Entrepreneurs who are seeking to launch and develop new digital companies will also find this program very beneficial.
The faculty of IESE’s Executing Digital Change: Data, Agility and Continuous Innovation Program is composed of professionals who are involved not only in teaching but also in research and in the business world.
