Silvia is passionate about Innovation and Entrepreneurship. With over 25 years of experience in the Banking and Insurance sectors, she has held various leadership roles across multiple areas, including marketing, sales, communication, innovation and transformation. Since 2018, she has leveraged her extensive knowledge and experience to support companies, entrepreneurs, and executives from diverse industries in reinventing themselves and addressing future challenges through new methodologies and an entrepreneurial mindset.

As a founder of InnovAnd Consult, Silvia collaborates with various organizations, including Qorus, the largest international association of banks and insurance companies, as innovation program manager, and SDLI, Sociedad de la innovación, to tackle the challenges ahead and promote sustainable growth.

Silvia also has brought valuable experience as a director on several Boards of Directors, Advisory Boards, and Consulting Committees, where she helps companies develop long-term strategic and innovative visions. Currently, she serves as Chairwoman at AREB (Agència Estatal de Resolució Bancària) and is a board member of ANSEAC (a tech subsidiary of Andorra Telecom).

A versatile and open-minded professional, Silvia enjoys mentoring startups and scale-ups through programs such as IESE's We Grow, Attico Lab, and El Niu (Andorra Telecom’s program).

Her key areas of interest include Intrapreneurship, Innovation Strategy, Change and Culture, Business Model Innovation, Entrepreneurial mindset and Leadership, and New Business Opportunities.

Silvia holds a degree in Mathematics, an MBA from IESE, as well as a CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) designation and a DIBEX (Digital Business Executive Program) certification.
