Rubens Migliaccio has a B.Sc. in Business Administration (EAESP / FGV) and a M.Sc. in Public Administration from EBAPE / FGV. He completed IESE's Advanced Management Program in 2005.
He has worked in public organizations such as DOP-SP (Department of Public Works) and FUNDAP (Foundation for the Development of Public Administration) and in private organizations such as Zogbi, Deportista, Rhodia, etc. For over 15 years, he combined his work with a family textile business, which came to an end with the death of his father and the company's founder in 1996.
For 23 years, he was professor of Marketing on the FGV's (Fundação Getúlio Vargas-RJ) continuous education courses for executives.
For 10 years, he was a member of the Rio de Janeiro Trade Association's (ACRJ) Ethics Committee, from its creation to when he came to live in Barcelona.
Since 2005, he has been a professor at the ISE Business School associated with IESE's programs (AMP, PMD y EMBA) and for the Master in Strategic and Brand Management at the International Institute of Social Science (IICS), in partnership with the University of Navarra.
His main areas of interest are Consumer Anthropology, Retail Trade, Experiences and Services, and Media and Entertainment.
