Pablo Sartor Del Giudice holds a Phd in Computer Sciences (INRIA, France) and a Phd in Information Systems (UdelaR, Uruguay), an M.Sc. in Information Systems degree (UdelaR, Uruguay), an Executive MBA (IEEM Business School, Universidad de Montevideo, Uruguay) and a Computer Engineering degree (UdelaR, Uruguay).
He has extensive experience in the fields of Information Technologies, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence and Innovation. He has consulted for more than 25 years in sectors such as external trade, online information services, agrochemicals, dairy products, NGO’s, editorial, pharmaceutical laboratories, health institutions and professional service firms. At present, he is developing the IT Advisory department at Grant Thornton Uruguay.
Professor Sartor is Academic Director and has been a full professor since 2009 at IEEM Business School, where he leads the Operations and Technology department and teaches courses on Decision Analysis, Innovation and Technology Management and Digital Transformation. He regularly lectures in other business schools in Europe and Latin America. His research focuses on the design and analysis of dependable systems and the optimization of operations. He has published more than 20 articles in academic journals and conferences as well as study cases and columns in press media.
