Marcos Citeli is currently pursuing doctoral studies on the topic of the influence of a country's culture on corporate governance, under the guidance of Gaizka Ormazabal, Professor at IESE Business School. He earned a Master of Research in Management from IESE Business School in 2008, presenting Essays on Corporate Governance. He also holds a Master's degree in Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica - PUC in Rio de Janeiro and a degree in Computer Engineering from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia IME in Rio de Janeiro.
He completed the Faculty Development Program at IESE. At ISE Business School in São Paulo, Marcos Citeli is director and professor of the Accounting and Control and Decision Analysis Departments. He is also Director of the Negotiation Studies Center and Academic Director of the IESE-ISE Executive MBA.
Marcos also acts as a consultant to companies in the areas of strategic financial analysis and negotiation, and as a member of advisory boards of small and medium-sized companies.
