Inés is an Industrial Engineer from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and holds a PhD from IESE. She joins IESE as part-time Senior Lecturer in the Managerial Decision Sciences Department.

She is Director of Insights & Analytics at Shalion, a company that provides and analyzes ecommerce data to support companies in their decision-making and help them boost their ecommerce growth. Her role is to manage the BI department and turn data into insights.
