Economics of AI Conference
Barcelona · November 22, 2024
What are the economic consequences of advancements in Artificial Intelligence? Will AI lead to mass unemployment and erode privacy, or will it help tackle climate change and decrease global inequalities? Will it increase market concentration or reduce it? What will our organizations and business models look like?
Believing that solid research findings are crucial to informing the debate around Artificial Intelligence, IESE Business School (Barcelona, Spain) is excited to announce the first edition of its conference on “The Economics of Artificial Intelligence (AI)” to be held at its Barcelona campus on November 22, 2024.
This program aims to bring together scholars with diverse perspectives to foster a research community interested in studying the impact of AI on society and the economy. The conference will provide opportunities for in-depth research discussions and interactions both inside and outside the seminar room. It will cover a broad range of topics within the economics of AI and its intersection with other fields.
