Business Leadership and the Future of Work Chair – Joaquim Molins Figueras Foundation
Chair: Mireia Las Heras
The Business Leadership and the Future of Work Chair – Joaquim Molins Figueras Foundation aims to help business and societal leaders foster quality employment that supports human and professional development, ultimately creating value for society. The Chair does this through academic research and spaces for dialogue.
The Chair seeks to deepen knowledge on the future of work and the leadership skills required to navigate this constantly changing environment—one shaped by ongoing technological, social, demographic and geopolitical transformation. To this end, the Chair promotes academic studies and teaching materials that drive innovation and the dissemination of best practices across education and business sectors.
Among other topics, the Chair will explore key areas related to the training of young professionals, the practices transforming work and organizations, and the demographic and sociological shifts influencing attitudes and behaviors in the workplace.
The Chair has been made possible thanks to the support of the Joaquim Molins Figueras Foundation.
