The program leverages a wide range of dynamic teaching methodologies including group discussions, case studies, lectures and interactive activities, all aimed at honing your skills as an agent of change. The combination of teaching methods has been strategically designed to foster an optimal learning environment.
To ensure participants get the most out of the program, they will be asked to prepare the academic materials provided two weeks before the program’s start date.
The program takes place in Warsaw at the Regent Hotel.
The admissions process is composed of three steps:
- Complete and submit the application form.
- The Executive Education Departmentwill contact you with further information about admissions as well as program and payment details (pre-program reading, academic requirements, bank details, etc.).
- Proceed with the paymentof the program fee. Payment of the fee is required to access the pre-readings and participate in the program. Two weeks before the start date, participants receive an email with a username to access the IESE Virtual Campus and pre-readings.

- General fee: €3,900
- IESE alumni fee: €3,510
- IESE Alumni Association Member fee: €3,315
- Corporate agreements and scholarships are available and are reviewed on an individual basis.
The program fee is tax-exempt and includes academic materials and most meals during the module. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included.
Registrations made through corporate agreements and multiple registrations from the same company are eligible for exclusive fees. Places are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is encouraged.
Payment Details
We accept payments by credit card or wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received within 20 days of the program’s start date are subject to a fee equivalent to 25% of the program tuition. IESE reserves the right to cancel the current edition or modify dates up to 20 days prior to the scheduled start date. Under no circumstances is IESE responsible for travel expenses incurred. Participants should consider hiring travel insurance including cancellation coverage to protect against the unlikely event that the program is cancelled and personal or professional issues that could prohibit them from attending.
- Corporate agreements: Discount of up to 20% on registrations from companies with agreements with IESE
- Multiple applications: Discount of up to 20% for groups of four or more (for individuals and teams)
- Multiple Focused Programs: 5% to 15% discount for candidates who have previously completed one or more Focused Program
