The IESE GMP. Structure and calendar

The General Management Program (GMP) is taught over a period of six months in Munich (with 1 module in Barcelona). Classes take place on campus: two and a half days every three weeks.

Foundations of Decision-Making

The first part of the program will offer break-the-frame insights to inspire you to approach global  business systems from new angles. You will sharpen your capacity for analysis and deepen your understanding of new concepts, including accounts, finance and strategy.

Managing Technology & Innovation

In the second part of the program, you´ll examine the role of information systems as a strategic  corporate driver as opposed to a stand-alone functional area. You´ll also explore the fundamentals of marketing, entrepreneurship and operations and reflect on your own executive challenge.

Leading Change in Organizations
