The AMP exposes you to the latest trends, ideas and concepts shaping global business. IESE offers several other programs for senior management including the Global CEO Program (GCP) in English and the Programa de Alta Dirección de Empresas (PADE) in Spanish.
The GCP is carried out in collaboration with MIT Sloan for three one-week modules (in the U.S., Singapore and Barcelona), offering the opportunity to step back, rethink your approach and reflect on actions geared to your organization’s needs for greater global leverage.
The Programa de Alta Dirección de Empresas (PADE) is offered on IESE’s Barcelona or Madrid campus in Spanish and takes place over 6 months. There is a special focus on the knowledge, skills and capabilities you need to take your company to new levels of success.
IESE offers the AMP at the Barcelona, Madrid and Munich campuses with a fall and spring editions in each campus. There is also the ISE AMP Brazil in São Paulo.
The AMP does not require candidates to take any specific standardized test. The admission process is done through an interview in which your profile is assessed. The Admissions Committee then reviews your application before making a final decision.
At IESE, we organize several Open Days each year for the AMP so that you can get a first-hand look at our facilities and, above all, our learning methodology. You can find a list of the upcoming Open Days here.
IESE offers all participants the Global Student Loan Program, a financing alternative in collaboration with Banco Sabadell. Candidates who are currently paying into the Spanish social security system can also take advantage of the economic incentive PIF.
