Vardit Landsman es profesora ordinaria del departamento de Dirección Comercial de IESE Business School. Anteriormente, fue profesora ordinaria de Marketing Cuantitativo en la Erasmus School of Economics de Róterdam (Países Bajos). Vardit también fue miembro del claustro del departamento de marketing de la Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University (Israel). Tiene un doctorado en Marketing y un máster en Investigación sobre Operaciones y Toma de Decisiones por la Tel Aviv University.

Antes de doctorarse, Vardit trabajó como consultora de marketing y participó en proyectos de varios sectores. Posteriormente, fue la responsable del equipo de investigación sobre bases de datos y clientes de un gran banco comercial.

La investigación de Vardit se centra en los lazos existentes entre la estrategia, la toma de decisiones y la generación de modelos empíricos. Sus artículos se han publicado en las principales revistas de dirección de empresas y de marketing, como Marketing Science, Management Science y Journal of Marketing. En sus proyectos de investigación utiliza herramientas cuantitativas avanzadas para la generación de modelos de dirección y el análisis del comportamiento individual del cliente.
