Stefano Sacchetto is an Associate Professor in the Financial Management Department at IESE Business School. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Res. in Economics from London Business School, a M.Sc. in Economics from Bocconi University, and a B.A. in Business and Economics (Laurea in Economia Aziendale) from the University of Turin. Before joining IESE, he was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.
Stefano’s main area of research is corporate finance, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. His research has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics, the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control.
