Diversity at IESE Business School
An inclusive environmentwhere everybody is welcome
Diversity is a reality that is enriching for all when it is well grounded on sound ethical values.
At IESE our values are closely linked to our Mission: to develop leaders who strive to have a deep, positive and lasting impact on people, companies and society through professional excellence, integrity and spirit of service.
IESE is a school founded on Christian Humanism and precisely because of that, open to everyone and respectful of everyone. We believe that we are all equal in dignity, while each one of us shines in a unique way.
We work to create a learning environment that embraces the search for truth in an open dialogue, the defense of freedom, and a sense of respect and solidarity for all. Differences of opinion should never lead to a lack of respect for one another. Anyone coming to IESE is expected to follow these principles in the way they deal with others*.
Through mutual understanding and willingness of cooperation, we promote an environment in which everyone can flourish and contribute to the common good through one’s own talents and capabilities. And we hope that this can develop a sense of belonging to the IESE Community.
The Dignity, Diversity and Belonging (DDB) Office encourages the entire IESE community to work according to these principles and supports the school’s activity regarding diversity and inclusion matters. For further information, you can contact the DDB Office responsible at ddboffice@iese.edu.
